Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Transit Time & Carriers
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking email is sent once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free-shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address. We can’t reroute packages once in transit. Undeliverable or returned parcels due to address errors can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO
Most small parcels can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS. Oversized items may require a street address.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or your order arrives damaged, email contact@dealfilters.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll file a carrier claim and repair/replace/refund as appropriate.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
