Refunds & Returns
At Deal Filters, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• To start a return, please email us at contact@dealfilters.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Certain products such as opened or used water filters cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
