Fitment questions
The most common question we get. Include your refrigerator's model number — it is on a sticker inside the fridge, usually on the left-hand wall near the salad drawer, or behind the bottom kick plate.
Order questions
Include your order number and we can check the status straight away. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Returns
Unopened, unused filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email your order number and the reason and we will send instructions. Please contact us before installing a filter you are unsure about.
